The set contains two mythic rare cards and ten rare cards. The two mythic rare cards, Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Tezzeret the Seeker, are reprinted as foil mythic rares with alternative art. There are also four other cards reprinted with alternative art (Crusade, Mishra's Factory, Swords to Plowshares, and Thirst for Knowledge). All of the cards are black bordered and tournament legal in their respective formats, although Kemba's Skyguard and Contagion Clasp were not legal in any sanctioned format at the time of the box's release as these were special preview cards from Scars of Mirrodin
