It is obvious he was a creature with pale blue skin with bulging bloodshot eyes with black pupils, pointy ears, a menacing grimace with red lips and teeth, and an exposed brain. And like Captain Action he was a master of disguise, although only two masks were available for him back then which were Dr. Tracy and Dr. Ling (Dr. Evil used the same body mold as the captain, 12" tall and jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, knees and ankles). Unfortunately, the attempt of bringing an enemy to the Captain Action line failed, during his last third wave. (In late 1968 a second issue of Dr. Evil was done including evil disguises and weapons commonly referred to as The Lab Kit in a 13" X 16" window display box).
