In 2008, Amos earned total compensation of $10.8 million, which included a base salary of $1.3 million, stock and options grants of granted of $9.2 million, and other compensation of just under $200,000. In 2009, Amos earned total compensation of $13.1 million, which included a base salary of $1.3 million, a cash bonus of $4.1 million stock and options grants of $7.45 million, and other compensation of just over $200,000.
