 program. The event consisted of seven 3.1 kilometres (1.9 mi) laps of cycling for a total of 21.7 kilometres (13.5 mi). Should an athlete become lapped during the race he would be forced to stop. It was held on 17 August 2010 at Tampines Bike Park
