Under the title it was shown as part of the first annual R18 Love Cinema Showcase in May 2006, highlighting Pink cinema. It was released on DVD in Japan on August 5, 2006. This DVD cover gives the English title, Chikan Densha: Suggestive Indecent Hips. Shintōhō gave the film a second theatrical release on March 2, 2010 under the title .
