and sasquatch, only to be told they do not know where CatDog came from and that they are CatDog's foster parents; it turns out they were separated by a tornado when CatDog was a baby. Since then, they have searched for their true parents. Winslow then shows up confronting them for leaving, but when offered to stay, he rejects the idea and leaves. Suddenly, the Greaser Dogs and many of the other characters they've met gang up on them for all the trouble they've caused. Luckily, they are flown back to Nearburg by another tornado. Everyone else was gobbled down by the sea monster that popped up afterwards.

Continuity

This movie contradicts the events of several other episodes in which CatDog refer to members of their family. In one CatDog episode, there is a CatDog family reunion; an extended CatDog family suggests that CatDog should already know something about their parents. In another episode, they appear to know quite a bit about their family history, because they refer to other generations of CatDogs who owned their house before them. Another time they inherited a house from an uncle called "HorseDuck". Finally, they once flashed back to their youth, when they lived in a little doghouse outside a much larger house, believed by many fans to be their parents' old home; this, however, could have been after Winslow found them.

. Dog allowed himself and Cat to be swallowed by her, assuming that she was the monster who swallowed their parents in one of his theories, which was obviously wrong. They get out getting inside a giant hairball having Bessie hack them up.
