Callaway’s Miss Spider publishing program ranks as one of the all-time best-selling children’s literary properties. More than five million Miss Spider books have been sold since Miss Spider’s Tea Party launched the series in 1994.

In partnership with Nelvana Entertainment, Callaway produces Miss Spider’s Sunny Patch Friends, a half-hour, 3-D computer-animated television show, which airs daily on Nick Jr. Callaway also designs Sunny Patch, a collection of children’s gardening and outdoor products that has been sold exclusively at Target Stores since 2003.

Callaway published a collection of five stories by Madonna for children of all ages—even grown-up ones—during 2003, 2004, and 2005. A sequel to The English Roses was released in October 2006.

In the fall of 2006, Callaway debuted its Children’s Classics series in partnership with Penguin Young Readers Group in the U.S. and Gallimard Jeunesse in France. The Classics, a collectible series of lavishly illustrated fairy tales, freshly translated to reveal undiluted, timeless stories, launched with two volumes: The Ugly Duckling and The Little Engine that Could.
