Batanga, Inc. is a media company directed to a U.S. Hispanic audience. Batanga operates through several media vehicles, including Batanga.com - a streaming service hosted in Spain - Batanga Publishing and Batanga Live. Batanga, Inc. maintains offices in Miami and New York.

Batanga.com also offers free Internet radio, claiming to feature over 50 Latin music radio stations. In addition, Batanga.com offers music videos, artist interviews, and over 50,000 user generated stations.

Batanga Publishing produces two magazines, Batanga Music Magazine and Batanga University, delivered to subscribers and selected universities across the United States six times per year. Batanga LIVE promotes and executes custom, sponsor-driven music-oriented events targeted to U.S. Hispanics.

In early 2008, Batanga, Inc. acquired HispanoClick, the largest ad network targeting Hispanics in the U.S. As of July 2008, Batanga claimed over 10 million visits to it web services and membership of over 500,000 for MyBatanga.

Batanga no longer offers Internet radio streaming to people who reside outside the USA.

  • August 2007 – Batanga, Inc. raised $30 million in equity funding from Tudor Ventures
  • January 2008 – Batanga, Inc. acquires HispanoClick
  • June 2008 – Batanga consolidates online operations to its Coral Gables, FL offices
  • June 2011 - Batanga buys Latin American online media companies Adfunky and I-Network in two distinct and separate transactions.
