He made his full SGP debut in 2005 finishing 10th both in that season and the subsequent 2006 championship.

, it was announced that Lindbäck has decided to retire from speedway in order to sort out his drinking problem.
But in 2008, Lindback was deciding to return to speedway, starting in a lower league in Sweden but is now back in the highest Swedish division.

Current clubs

At the end of the 2007 season Antonio Lindbäck announced that he retired, but made a quick comeback competing for Vargarna in the Swedish second division allsvenskan and he was a major force in bringing the club to the playoff finale. Before the start of the 2009 season he moved to another club called Piraterna. He is also included in the Swedish national team.

And Antonio has also been qualified to the Grand Prix-series for the season of 2011.
