Alex Harvey Presents: The Loch Ness Monster was a spoken word album about The Loch Ness Monster
. The album was recorded in 1977, Alex Harvey
had left The Sensational Alex Harvey Band
for a short while to work on this project. The remaining four members of The Sensational Harvey Band recorded a studio album entitled Fourplay. The band was credited on the album as "SAHB (Without Alex)", after Alex Harvey had completed this project, he returned to the band to record, what would be his final album with them, Rock Drill

The album consists of Alex Harvey interviewing and debating with several villagers from Invermoriston
, a Scottish village, as to the existence of the Loch Ness Monster, including an eye-witness account. The album contains only one very short musical track, lasting at just over 40 seconds long, which concludes the album.
Despite sales of the album being poor when originally issued on vinyl, consequently leading to the deletion of the album. As of October 2009 the album was finally given a CD release, on Voiceprint Records, for the first time over thirty years since its original obscure release on vinyl.
