Forums Collapse

On January 17, 2008, the servers hosting the forums crashed, and the owner, Chris Kilroy, stated on a temporary page on the site that he did not intend to reopen the forum portions of the website. Instead of starting the forums back up, users have been urged to take part of the Aviation Safety discussion forums at the sister site of AirDisaster.com, Jetphotos.net. The current forums link on AirDisaster.com points to the Jetphotos.net forums. As a result, an influx of new users have signed up on Jetphotos.net, referring to themselves as 'refugees' from AD.com. New alternatives to AD.com have also been created, and lately many of these "refugees" have resigned from Jetphotos.net and joined two other sites, the AirDisaster Unofficial Forums and From the Flightdeck and now since February, 1st the new improved Airdisaster Info is officially working also.
