History

Unione Sportiva Latina Calcio are football club from the city of Latina. It was founded in 1945, and subsequently re-established several times until 2009, when it attained its present name. The club currently plays in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione for the first time in 29 years , after being promoted from the Lega Pro Seconda Divisione group C. Latina have started signing many talented players with a hope of retaining their status in the Prima Divisione, such as Marco Costantino on loan from Juventus, Maltese international defender Andrei Agius
