The 2012 CONCACAF Men Pre-Olympic Tournament will be an association football competition to determine the two participants at the 2012 Summer Olympics

Qualified teams:
As with past versions of the tournament, eight teams will be split up into two groups of four. One group will play their matches at The Home Depot Center
in Carson, California, while the remaining group will play their matches at LP Field
in Nashville, Tennessee. The group matches will be played on March 22, 24 and 26.
Following the group stage, there will be an elimination round held at Livestrong Sporting Park
in Kansas City, Kansas. The semifinal matches will be held on March 31, while the final match will be held on April 2. The winner of each semifinal will advance to the 2012 Olympic Tournament.
