Some of these aren't major, but the Union generals were: Don Carlos Buell, Ambrose Burnside, Edward R.S. Canby,Ulysses S. Grant,Rutherford B. Hayes,Joseph Hooker,George McClellan,
Irvin McDowell,George Meade,Nelson Miles,William Rosecrans,
Philip Sheridan,William T. Sherman. Hope this helps! =D

I'm assuming you mean major Union generals at Battle of the Wilderness, whom were:Lieutenant-General Ulysses Grant, commander of all United States forces;Major-General George Meade, commander of Army of the Potomac;Major-General Winfield S.Hancock, commanding 2nd Corps,Army of the Potomac;Major-General Gouveneur Warren, commanding 5th Corps,Army of the Potomac;Major-General John Sedgewick, commanding 6th Corps,Army of the Potomac.Major-General Ambrose Burnside commanded 9th Corps,an independent command, since he out-ranked Major-General Meade.Cavalry Corps was commanded by Major-General Phillip Sheridan. For more info, the book GENERALS IN BLUE is good.
