Hi I would like to make a sort of water wheel to get power off a small water fall I have. Doing this I will 1. Stop the falls creeping to the pond and across the property 2. Give me power 3. Stop soil erosion and the need for 100s of feet of pipe and tons of fill for the pond. 4 I don’t have the money for the last one and this will pay some of the costs.

I don’t want a wheel what I want is a wheel on top and bottom with a rail for it to drop right down between them. It will work like a grain or coal lifts only with a generator not a motor.

If anyone knows of something like this please let me know
