I served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Military Police in Baghdad, Iraq 2004-2006. We came across a late 70's GMC Jimmy that had four 55 gallons of liquid nitroglycerin. The individual was shot. The bomb did not explode. EOD was called out and could not blow it up. We later found out that the Chemist did not mix it correctly....Just how powerful of a bomb this could have been? Could you tell me what it could be equal to ( ie: 100 sticks of dynomite)? I do have pictures to share if you are interested.
