I have found a printers plate from Hansel & Gretel.
Looking to find which book and what year it is from. The plate shows Gretel looking and seeing the white swan, when she talks to Hansel about the swan coming over to help them cross the river. This verison of the story seems to appear after 1852. I haven't found it in earlier versions, nor have I seen this print/picture in any book. The plate is copper/brass, with a lead back and it is appears to be signed by Brian.
