Would it be a good idea to replace congressmen and senators with an Internet plebiscite. Then the will of the people would surely be done and eliminate corruption in the process. Democracy has morphed into a kind of dictatorship where elected government is captured by lobbyists and special interest groups. Even a President can't change it, he is not powerful enough.
