I have been doing research on the John F. Kennedy assassination and came to realise Mr.Willem Oltmans research is of the greatest importence on this subject .Can his papers and notes be researched and if so were would I have to go to do this research work ?? If anyone would be willing to point me in the right direction it would be helpful ..Or if anyone here knew Mr. Oltmans and could pass on any thing about this gentleman that would be helpful also ...
