Why the larger the molecular weight or molecular complexity of an antibody, the shorter the life span of it? The sequence of molecular complexity from smaller is IgG,IgA,IgM,IgD and IgE. But the life span of IgG is relatively longer than other complex antibogy. Why is it so?
