I'm replying in the hopes that you've found the answer to this question since your post. I'm an operator of an oil well, and have a never before seen major loss of pressure in the well. It started last winter, which I initially attributed to the cold (and had some back up to support that), but as the warmer months are approaching, we're still not building like we're supposed to.

I'm looking for leaks, for someone stealing gas from my line, anything I can think of. Is it possible that a well would just suddenly stop producing the large amount of gas that it used to, but still have a lot of fluid? And what can I do about it?

Anyone?
