Why does the ncaa start penalizing the conferences for teams making bad decisions about how they recruit players and how they do things .if the whole conference is penilized the rest might keep an eye on the illegal process es that some teams recruit maybe some idiot at espn can answer the ? or r u going avoid this ? all together because u r afraid too penilize the whole conference because it is only one team but is always one team from the same conferences all the time
