There is only on sect in Islam ,One who Belive in only one God,almighty and following quran and His messenger Mohamed
in his lifetime till dead.Those people will be called muslim

other sects are made by human,it will not be accetable by God.

All of these various Islamic origined sects say prety much your same words concerning their version of Islam! Why would a just and omnipotent God allow contradictory information to confound open-minded non-muslims that are perplexed by these inherent contradictions surrouinding all of Islam! Most people do not chose their religions actively but are born in them. Thus there is not a fair and humanity loving God that allows scoundrels to take over religions for their own benafit and say that their version is the one and only true version of Islam! Why does this same parallell situation has occurred in the slightly older development of Christianity as well? Could it be that religion is a human invention and not really God's wishes for man? The turmoil through-out the Islamic world today is very similar to the Protestant Reformation that put an end to the dark ages of Europe when Islam was the most advanced and tolerant society of it's day in the Golden Age of Cordova and Granada? What happened to cause Islam to change its focus and ways to become the most intolerant and fraccionated and injust society to ever course mankind? The current protest throughout the Islamic World is true "Protestantism" of the current age! All sorts of scoundrels that have recently ruled Islamic Societies have claimed to be God's representatives on Earth, are being deposed by their once submissive people to Allah's will!

And both faiths make about as much sense.

Jews,chirstians(one of Jews sect!),and muslims all divided in differnts kind of sects,if you really concerned about it and want to know true answer of your problem than please start read koran at some point you will find your answer direct from Allah(swt) Almighty God (via koran)!

I Have gone to the Koran and was amazed to come to understand that Islam does not only appear to be a 600 year lapsed derivation of Christianity, which is a tailor-made religion designed for a Greek audience only, but that Islam has taken-up much of the hellenic Christian context versus it's true semitic origins. The Holy Koran speaks of Allah re-uniting the Jewish people spread-out amongst the many nations and make them one Nation again! Thus the Koran predicts the revival of Jewish Nationalism such as the state of Israel is doing, much to the chahgrin of many Musslims! I suggest then that Musslims analitically study the Koran instead of having "divinely appointed" official interpreters explain the Koran for the "ignorant" and ordinary people whom Allah supposedly did not give a discerning brain to realise the distinction between submission to his divine will and ordinary brain-washing of those abusing Islam for their own benefit by informing what the will of God is really all about!
Such as Christianity did, the protests throughout the Arab World are very much akin to the origins of Christian Protestantism, which will lead to more "Tower-of-Bable" fragmentation of the present mess!
