Who would you think has paid attention to this phenomenon as a potential windfall to energy. My question actually is: will this event cause others outside of Java to come in and exploit the inhabitants that once lived there for the rights to this natural untapped energy? My guess is, while I type this someone has already assembled a board meeting of big-shots and lawyers; and they are on their way to Java.
