Who is making the Programming and Talent decisions at the NFL Network?

I couldn't be more of an NFL fan. Years of interest and a Training Camp Player for 3 years way back when. Followed my playing efforts with a Sales career, which included selling actual advertising commercial time on a Television Network that still carries the NFL product. I have followed the NFL closely and keep very much up to speed everyday, year round.
I am writing to complain about the so called Talent that is on dispay on your Network. I would like to start by inquiring when Neon Deon became the thinking man's approach to reviewing the NFL, and how it is possible that he could hold such a position with your Network. Additionally, who is Jamie Dukes? Another opinionated former player who finally addressed his apparent weight problem, while telling anyone who might tune in about his vast experience in the NFL. As I mentioned earlier, I have followed this league for over 40 years, and never even knew what position Dukes played. Michael Irvin speaks like he has marbles in his mouth, and his decible level needs to be reduced.
It is highly disappointing to me, when a Network devoted to the best sport on the planet, can't find better Talent, with opinions that make sense, and address what is actually going on in today's game. This group very much displays the arrongance of today's athlete, and the lack of respect for the history of the game. I feel very sorry for Steve Mariuci and Rich Eisen among others, who do bring solid reporting and personality to the mix. When NFL Films brings such a superior product to the screen, it is a total shame that the folks who bring that material to viewers are such idiots and sub par broadcasters. As I stated earlier, this is a poor excuse for a Network....I might add that the others who carry this programming have fallen into the same trap, see Shannon Sharp, Keyshon, Phil Simms, Boomer(both CBS and ESPN)....Please consider the viewer with respect.

“In terms of games, the network has huge growth potential and is strategically important in terms of how our media mix and how we ultimately serve the fan
