Which country would be better for MS in Computer Science Germany or USA

Hi All,
I have completed my BE in CS and have one year work experiance in software development.
I was wondering which country would be better for MS in computer science (USA or Germany)?

Also, if we leave USA, which other country would be good for MS in CS? Is Germany a good destination ?
