When a mother takers her 14 year old child knowling around to grown men's homes for her to have sex with them, knowing that she has lied about her age, shouldn't she be the one charged with solicitation or statutory rape?
If her daughter is sleeping with multiple men, lying about being a juvinile, and her mother is the only adult in the matter who knows the age of her daughter, would she not be legally responsible?

Especially if the accused (young man) is disabled. How can they not prosecute the mother?
