When Charing Cross was called Strand station (closed in 1973 for construction of Jubilee line). Can anyone Please tell me:

1. Where the entrance and exits were? I know there's the entrance on the actual Strand, but aren't there usually other entry/exit points?

2. Are the entrance/exit points drastically different today (besides the and an entrance now in Trafalgar Square, which in 1973 belonged to the Bakerloo line).

Any information and details would be greatly helpful.
