What's so BAAAAHHD about Lanolin?

There is a very motivated OB/GYN out there that is feverishly trying to take the market by storm with her own breastfeeding cream. She goes on to say that Lanolin is not safe for mothers or babies, that it contains pesticides. Scare tactics like these only put fear into the minds of the already vulnerable pregnant or nursing mother. It's already a time of uncertainty for many and the fact that I can't find ANYTHING substantiating her claims leave me to believe the bad press I read about her from her patients on http://www.ratemds.com/doctor-ratings/2776/CT/Stamford/Brown

Does anyone know ANYTHING about pesticides making their way through the acids of a sheeps stomach, through the extraction process involving heat, steam, and a centrifugal process and ending up actually in the Lanolin?

This can be a big deal if we don't nip this in the bud soon, can anyone help me?
