Viktor Bout is a creation that was made to serve a particular political reason. People like Douglas Farah were used to create the story; if you think otherwise... not a problem, ask Douglas Farah whether any of what he have written was witnessed by him personally, can be verified by another person (beware of it is all in the book answer, insist on getting names), or he had ever seen viktor Bout, spoken to him, came close to his operations, or have ever examine a document of him or his businesses. He never did and he cannot say otherwise.
