What is the proposition of forces acting on elevator guide rails to the forces acting on the beams on which guide rails are mounted.

Not exactly sure what your question really is.

Elevators impart reactions into the rail system as a function horizontal movement called load and unload forces generally perpendicular to the plane of the guide rails and depending on the elevator in question based on safety application which imparts reaction horizontal but parallel to the plane of the guide rails and also down.

That is the simple side of the question other indirect reaction forces relate to building dynamics and seismic forces as in any structural system.

Rails are mounted to building structure as a function of many variables but on the average for a standard passenger elevator approximately every 10-14 feet.

So what is your question?
