Radha is a name. There can not be any meaning of a name unless specifically defined. You must understand that can you give any meaning of your name Balwant , other than related to power i.e. Bal.
There is a proper mechanism on the basis of which meaning of different words are derived and established.
If anyone can give meaning to a certain name which is different from its connection to a paticular word, it means tomorrow we can say balwant means soul so there will be balwant swami.
