That depends on what you call missing besides the obvious missing top piece.
The entire outer casing is missing except for a few pieces at the bottom.
There also was a high retaining wall surrounding the pyramid that could be considered an integral part of the pyramid.
There are also lots of blocks that are missing in the structure itself, including but not limited to the tunnel that was crudely dug out of the side of it long ago to get access to the interior corridors.
