What are the causes of mild neutropenia?
the investigation results were:
WBC 3.6 L 10^3/ul
NEUT. 38 L %
LYM 52 H %
MO 10 %
comments of CBC:
mild absolute neutopenia
RBCs are normocytic normochromic
platelets are adequate ( 185 10^3/ul)
