No this was not a Boing plane. It was built by the Skunk Works division of Lockheed Aircraft Co.in Palmdale Calif.back in 1962. The creative genious was "Kelly" Johnson, who was head of Skunk Works division. He had also built the P-38, the F-104, the U-2 and the A-12 which later became the SR-71 Air Force Reconnisance "Spy" plane.
