Was there ever a pub in Clydebank called Kays Bar around about the 1940`s / 1950`s ? It was owned by a James Paterson Kay . The correct name for the pub may have been something else & this was what it was known as by the locals .It may have been sited on the corner of Kilbowie Road as it turned into the top half of Alexander Street just after you crossed the canal bridge heading down towards Clydebank . Any help will be much appreciated .Cheers Graham .
