Why do you think that?

My aunt was married to his cousin Jimmie Purvis. They were all hunters(even had a brother named Fox Hunter Purvis)and very macho. After watching the movie "Public Enemies" it just seems to me by the way he was portayed and his relationship or lack there of with Hoover makes it seem rather obvious....Plus I always wondered why he killed himself. I can't imagine how hard it must have been in that day and age to live in such a straight laced world as a closeted homosexual.
