Hi, No the Hms London did not have anything to do with the sinking of the Bismarck but on the 24th May it was Diverted to join search for BISMARCK after loss of HM Battlecruiser HOOD but never got there.

Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to reply. My dad was on the HMS LONDON,and he mentions the Bismark in one of his letters.
