Time: Formal ceremony at Wabash at 2pm;
Jubilee from 5 to 9 pm in downtown's North Village.
Location: Columbia Missouri-Wabash Station 10th Street, Artlandish Gallery 1019 E. Walnut St. and the surrounding areas

Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Wabash Station. Jubilee will include tours of the Wabash Station and the old train storage facility, vendors from across mid-Missouri, local artist, musical entertainment and more. Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Wabash Station. The Jubilee from 5-9pm will include:


* Tours of the Wabash Station
* Tours of the old train storage facility below Artlandish Gallery
* Musical entertainment by Lee Ruth, Audra Sergel, The Mere
Mortals and the Mountian Blue Bluegrass Band
* Special display of Columbia Fire Department's historic pump
truck which arrived via train in 1940, tours of the Tenth Street
Fire Department, and special appearance by Patches and Pumper
* Activities stations for the kids including making your own train
or bus from recycled materials;special appearance by Mr. Bag It
* Train rides for the little kids on the Wieman Express
* We will have an art exhibit highlighting Train Art in the North
Village Art Studios featuring Silver Rails Gallery, Nichelle
Lawrence, Dale Lloyd, Woody Woodward & Jim Smith.
* Train display & memorabilia by the Mid Missouri Rail Fans and
Wabash Historical Society, Quincy IL, Booneslick Model Railroad
* Marty Paten--Wabash railroad historian and writer
* Columbia Star Dinner Train information
* FREE! Bucks Ice cream
* The North Village Express- a Big Cardboard train for kids
* Food provided by Race Dogs Hot Dogs!
