WHAT IS THE ANCESTRAL ORIGIN OF MUSA FOUM
WAMBAFOUM THE SULTAN WHO WAS KILLED BY THE FRENCH -part 5
When my father left Comoro he first settled in Zanzibar for a very long time, with the family of his maternal great grandfather Shiekh Fazil. The relative where he stayed was called Mwaalim Buruhan he was a teacher or the Headmaster of Vikokotoni primary school.-
I was in Zanzibar 10 years back but I din not met the relatives of my father I was staying at friends place. While in Zanzibar my host took me to a former a Palace to attend the lecture of Dr.Al-Mansour on the Sultans of East African Coast. In his speech he made a reference of MusaFoum wa Mbafoum that he was not an indigenous Ngazija by contraries he was the Al-Nabhani Family which ruled Oman For almost half a centurary-see Nabhani Dynasty in East African Coast.
