I have located an article that attributes my late grandfather James Millman as being the first railroad engineer to take a train across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. My cousin, who is the family genealogist has some photos and I have a piece of artwork presented to him at his retirement from the Pennsylvania Railroad.
