Tp whom it may cornern. I am a mmber of Scout association in lesotho. the movement that has over 70 years but +/- 367 members. I applied my effords to develop the movement but some people in the organisation have concurred the movement as if it is theirs. they have even captured our resources like budges, flags and many other things.
if you could help please help me to come up with the solution since i want to develop the organisation.

First call the members and talk to them in a manner that is good, explain things to them and let them know how much you are willing to die for this organisation.

secondly, let them kwon that it takes unity to suvive , love peace and understanding. open the rules of the organisation to the for them to know what to do and what not to do.

le them love their salves and love the leaders in the organisation as well .

that is all have to say for now friend.
