To whom it may concern,

I have some questions about the president presently in office of Ghana. I have the oportunity to invest in a school in Ghana for the purpose of training the Ghana people
to work in there new oil and gas industry.I have manny worries about investing into Africa hearing terriable stories my whole life of theiving corrupt goverments stealing monies invested by commonwealth countries.I would would like to believe that there can be a difference , i would like to know more about this president in office and there goverment.If anyone could help in these questions it would be greatly appreciated.
