This was posted in Facebook today - does anyone know the answer to this?................I heard this story and want to know if there is any validity to it??? All of the streets south/southeast of downtown i.e. Bessie, Annie, Hattie etc... were the areas that the cattle barrons housekeepers/porters lived and the streets where named after of these individuals.....any other info would be appreciated.....
