This is my second semester in this collage, I'm taking remedial classes, collage sent me a letter in which they say, I'll be placed on academic probation/or academic alert,if I didn't earn 2.25 GPA. But I've a friends in this college who take the same class 3 times. so I'm just confused how does it works and why does it works differently to each student.
