This is for Dan Kleckner...for 2 1/2 years I have trying to get my $590.00 back from Soc. Sec. unfortunately I have gone through all proper channels and they still will not return these funds....reasoning two checks were mailed to me in Aug of 2003 and they say no to returning these funds...I in turn verify by my yearly 1099 income statement from S.S. that the check was returned...this sooooooo stated very clearly for them to see...What bothers me most about this besides the money is wondering who else out in the U.S. is going through the same thing...I know some backs in the news I saw one gentleman getting a I.O.U. from S.S.......So what is going on here?????
