This ? is about protection squadron
we all know about Red 1, Red 3, Red 4 & Red 13 but there is next to nothing about Red 2. I was looking at my copy of The Focke-Wulf Fw-190 Dora volume two by Jerry Crandall and in it there are four grainy photo's of Red 2 and an artist rendention of Red 2's colors and the fact that it was the 2nd D-11. But does anyone out there know what Red 2's slogon on her side read? in the book that area where the slogon should be is blanked out because it isn't known. If anybody out there may know what it was than that would answer one of the biggest questions of that squadron's short life.
