These overwhelming noisy disturbing motorcycle muffler almost are all modified. I understand factories are complying the rules. People were already conscious on this irregularity and murmuring within their ownself of what will be the remedy on the matter. I understand also when you were listening good news radio and in TV, answering important calls on the phone, meetings & etc. it really disturbing. I tried to read it in the Revised Penal Code in National Book Store regulations on modifications of mufflers. And heard from Sen. Meriam Defensor in TV pushing the regulations of the noisy motorcycles. Even now tricycles are modifying their mufflers, its so disturbing when they were passing thru subdivisions late night moreso single motorcycles when they're drunk did more accelerations that to much loud. Do we have to wait for something, a rider was being shot, butted, sling shot/arrowed and etc done in discreet while driving his noisy motorcycle. What shall be the prevention for that matter before it happen. I pray & hope this will be given attention, down to barangay level.
