There is some discussion about what would happen if a hurricane entered the gulf perhaps it would disperse the oil slick or it could carry it to texas coast i belive it will happen and the after effect will be widespread and cause a much larger area to be affected by the gulf oil spill, also would or could a large explosive device placed in the mouth of the leak cause a shift in earth's crust and srop the leaking oil
