The restaurant which is at the roman ruins is used to be called by the citizens there with (Um Qais restauranr,not Romero Restaurant , so why they don't call it with romero Restaurant?

The restaurant which is at the roman ruins in Jordan-Irbid-Um Qais is used to be called by the citizens there with (Um Qais restaurant,not Romero Restaurant , so why they don't call it with romero Restaurant?
